Ross has had an extensive career in the energy sector including executive management of a major utility, and leadership of major projects and engineering works in the energy and related industries. He has consulted to many participants in the electricity industry, both in Australia and overseas, and was the project manager for the establishment of the National Electricity Market on behalf of NEMMCO. Ross is also a Director of Independent Utility Services Pty Ltd who operate buying group services for energy consumers and their representative organisations. Michael Zammit - Managing Director
Michael has over 16 years of experience working for utilities. He has consulted to utilities both locally and overseas, on technology implementation, strategic planning, and business management. Prior to his role at Energy Response, he held senior positions with United Energy and IBM Global Services Australia, and has worked across a number of divisions with the former State Electricity Commission of Victoria. Michael has been the Managing Director of Energy Response since it commenced commercial operations and has overseen the establishment and growth of the company since then. He is also a director for a consulting and event management company (Integrated Management Services Pty Ltd) and Chairman of the MMI (Measurement and Metering Innovations) Conference. John Clifford – Non Executive Director John was appointed a Non Executive Director of Energy Response in September 2007. He has extensive experience in the private equity and venture capital sector in Europe, SE Asia, and Australia. John is currently an executive director of Landis+Gyr, the world market leader in electricity meters trading. He was previously a Director with Rothschild Private Equity, and Europe's leading private equity company, 3i. John has led over 30 MBO and development capital transactions across a wide range of industries, and been involved in over 100 other investments for 3i and Rothschild at Board level. Wesley Michael – Non Executive Director Wesley was with ANZ Banking Group for 25 years and has held senior roles in Corporate, Institutional and Investment Banking. He has had significant exposure to strategy, marketing, credit, as well as debt and equity markets. Recently he has worked with a number of small to medium size businesses, providing advice on debt and equity structures, governance and strategy. |
