Energy Response registers 23MW DSR facility in the SWIS
Energy Response has closed its DSR portfolio in the Western Australian SWIS Reserve Capacity market. The portfolio was heavily oversubscribed. Expressions of Interest are now being taken for the limited space available in the portfolio of 73MW. Energy Response is working in three areas in the New Zealand market: North Island – Interruptible Load project We are actively aggregating new sources of Interruptible Load from industrial and commercial sites in the North Island. We would be pleased to hear from you If you have loads above 150KW that can be automatically switched off in either less than 1 second for a minute (the Fast market) or over a minute for at least 30 minutes (the Sustained market). You can earn a new monthly revenue stream in participating with us in the Instantaneous Reserves market and help to keep the lights on. We are keen to hear from any prospective providers with potential for at least 250 kW of load reduction for up to 2 hours in duration or that have on-site stand-by generation to cover possibly up to 4 hour calls.
